Log #3
Lexi has been forced to do a different job every week. The job could be a maid in a mansion, a clerk in the grocery store, or working the graveyard shift. What’s worse, she has Luke Carver, her father’s new intern a.k.a. her worse enemy, as her babysitter. He drives her to the job every morning, and she has to actually send him her work report every week. Lexington Larrabee feels like she is at the worst place of her life. Especially when Luke is busy analyzing her personalities in the car all the time. She feels exposed. However, as much as she hates to admit, this is the first time in 18 years of her life that someone understands her so much. He knows every of her flaw and vulnerability.
Job #1 was awful, and job #2 was bad as well but Lexi gradually gets used to the life of working. She doesn’t feel like going to parties with her friends anymore. Part of the reasons may be that she is too tired to go out at a night she finishes cleaning toilets for the whole day.

Job #1 was awful, and job #2 was bad as well but Lexi gradually gets used to the life of working. This lifestyle has somehow finds its way to influence her. She doesn’t feel like going to parties with her friends anymore even though part of the reasons may be that she is too tired to go out at a night she finishes cleaning toilets for the whole day.
I like that Lexi is gradually turning into a better person. She starts trying to understand why her dad was never there during her childhood. She chose to blame and hate him but now she is learning to forgive and keep the hatred in the past.
I also like her interaction with Luke. Luke is that kind of person who earns what he wants by himself and he is only who he is now because he works hard for it. Lexi did not have that kind of thinking because she only gets what she wants as long as she asks. So I like Luke is influencing her slowly, making her a better person, and dig up the sweet, nice, and kind part inside of her. It is very sweet.
I would really love to see what happens next.
