After Louisa made up her mind to change Will's mind, she did a lot of research and asked many suggestions from other quads and the carers on the Internet, planning to take Will to see how wonderful the world was and make him believe he was still worth living again. Her sister, Treena also helped her to collect information and provide ideas. Fortunately, Will and his parents agreed the trip and the medical carer, Nathan could go with them as well. However, few days before they planned to depart, Will got pneumonia seriously. The plan was unfortunately interrupted.
It was hard to describe how depressed I was when I knew Will was unexpectedly hospitalized. But I really love the way the author depicted Louisa's reactions when she heard about the bad news. Just like I were Louisa, I could even feel the feeling of fear and heartbreak, which made me have goose bumps from head to foot. Besides, although I've watched the movie, I am still looking forward to reading a happy ending story, to be honest. So, I was quite sad because I knew it was impossible and Will was not going to change his mind anymore. I know we can only change people who want to be changed. But I still feel very pitiful and sorry. I hope I will never encounter this kind of circumstances in the rest of my life.
