"No one can go back and start over, but anyone can start now." －Lessons from Movie

Last week, I attended a speech, and the speaker was 水某, one of the author of lessons from movies. During her speech, I was impressed with the motto most, "No one can go back and start over, but anyone can start now." The authors came up with it after seeing the the movie, the bucket list.  In fact, inspired by this movie, they started to make their bucket list, and one thing on their bucket list was to inspire others. That was why they started to run a fan page introducing movies and sharing their reflection to movies. With their inspiring and touching words, they indeed helped those who were in chaos or in depression. 

Their story was  really a good example related to achieve dreams. During the speech, the speaker said that some goals had been completed on their bucket list, some had been crossed out since they discovered that the wishes they once desired for was not that eager anymore, and some had been changed considering the reality. 

That was exactly the same situation in the process of attaining my dreams. My dream kept changing when I grew up. One thing for sure was that my dream became more and more limited, or be close to the reality. In childhood, my ideas for my future were limitless. I wanted to be an inspiring teacher, or a flower store keeper, or a astronaut. I wanted to be anything that I was interested in, regardless of the feasibility. I was not afraid to be asked what I want to be in the future and could answer it instantly. However, as growing up, I felt tension and annoyed when being asked that kind of question. The ideas of my future became fewer and fewer. Now, I want to be a member of ground staff, but to be honest, I am not very sure about it. Is it really the dream job that I am eager for? Though I still little confused about it, I am clear that it will be useless to be stuck with that question. What I can do now is make good use of my time trying to achieve that dream. Even though it may change, I should not be fearless to start over, because I always can start now.
