BETTER THAN BEFORE

Am I better than before after reading this book? I think at least I have learned a lot from this book. From the beginning to the end, the author teaches readers that to form a good habit their initiative step is to know themselves to great length; thereafter, referring to your category, you would find out the best approach, an approach that is the most suitable for you, to developing a habit. Take myself for example, because I am a obliger, the best way is to have me feel accountable. Once someone has a high expectation of me, I will force myself to keep doing and meet the goal. After getting an ability to form habits successfully, you can choose to influence people and help them become habit-developers.
Habits can exist due to certain triggers. People can influence you leading you to develop a behavior without consciousness. Through the last strategy, author highly recommend help more people after you become a master in habit-developing. Recently, I have experienced this kind of situation. Like a bolt of lightening theory, I soon decided I am going to work out third times a week; exercising is a start-over for me to be honest, and also I know according this book it could be so hard to start over a habit. However, fortunately, I have conquered that difficulty; besides, I keep working out last 2 weeks and I am convinced that this time I can be more perseverant than before. what's more, I have bring my friend, Karen, to the exercising world. I just told her," Hey, I am going to school gym later, would you like to come with me." Then she replied yes immediately without any hesitation, and from then on, we have been working out together. She also develops her good habit of exercising.
I always feel good when I can influence people; although it is a small thing, it is meaningful to me. Applying this life philosophy to all things sounds reasonable, because you learn something really help you, and you obtain the power. Then it will be your turn to give other people the strongest method. At the end of this book, what the author convey amazed me, partly because I didn't guess she would urge us to use what we learn to help others, and partly because I don't think of that one day with this habit-forming strategies I can help others to be better than before. This book help me become more confident. It is said that if a person wants to become beauty or to reach the goal, firstly he/she needs to be confident in himself/herself. With the confidence this book gave me, I believe I can form habits more easily than before, and with knowing human nature, I can try to find different way for different people to develop a good habit.
Although it is the end of this book, I would never forget what I have been taught and I would keep increase the capacity of my good habits. Starting over is hard, whom I will bear in mind because time-wasting is annoying and irresponsible. Good habits should last endlessly for the sake of ourselves.
